"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."
"Rooms are good, beds are fine but pillows fell short. Only hard ones.
Everything was clean.
Unfortunately, I lost the breakfast window.
Surprised that lobby doesn't have a lounge nor sofas to receive guests or visitors. "
