Clean room with enough storage spaces for our things we bring along. We liked the hotel's location right at the the city centre, close to shopping areas, churches and bike routes. The hotel provides bicycle storage space in its premises, very convenient if you have brought your own bike along or rented one for a few days.
The breakfast is basic, but with enough variety in sweet, sour and healthy options, everything is of good quality. There is also a good variety of tea, coffee types, with an added offer of balanced, very tasty filtre coffee to accompany your breakfast choices with an energising hot beverage. The staff is helpful and kind!
Overall, a great stay! Thanks to all the staff and special thanks to Ronja at the Reception who checked us in; nothing seemed to be of trouble for her when it comes to customer service.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and easy access to local shops.
The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made the experience smooth overall. The hotel itself is simple but well maintained, and it offers good value for money.
