"We had a very frustrating experience with the check-in process. We called ahead specifically to make arrangements for our elder, made sure everything was communicated in advance, and even provided a card to cover incidentals so there would be no issues upon arrival. Despite doing everything we were told to do ahead of time, when she arrived they still were not going to allow her to check in. It was stressful, confusing, and completely unnecessary—especially after we had already taken the proper steps to avoid exactly this kind of situation. For an elder, this kind of delay and uncertainty should never happen. The lack of coordination and communication at the front desk made what should have been a simple check-in unnecessarily difficult. We expected much better organization and basic customer service. If arrangements are confirmed ahead of time, staff should be fully aware and prepared when guests arrive."

"Staff was friendly and breakfast was fresh. Bathroom in my room was in need of some renovation. The ceiling and wall around the shower was literally crumbling apart."

"Homeless take over .. not safe for traveling alone . ..kids or in general. Paid for a double room..was missing a couch or recliner .. just a bug emptied space infront of the Air conditioner/heater n widow area .. like it wss still being in the **remodeling * process .. staff wss nice ..but didnt care about the homeless all over the property "
