Hotel staff was excellent,; they sent a shuttle to the airport for our unscheduled arrival and gave us a clean room early. Hotel is for sale and outside could use some remodelling.

It was a great stay for out last night in Alaska after a 2 week stay. We drove the next morning to the airport. We had no issues, hotel was clean and beautiful. We had nightcap reservation and took the tram up at 9pm. The only disappointment was that they were not serving the "bar menu" which was why I had made the night cap reservation, we had a very late lunch so we didn't want the dinner menu but it was still good.

This place was nothing like the photos. We were put in the old motel next to it that they called part of the Puffin. We had to step over a homeless person to get to our car. Definitely spend the extra money and upgrade to a better place. The hotel shuttle did work well
