GETTING HERE
- 4WD or AWD REQUIRED year-round (steep gravel driveway)
- Gate fits vehicles under 10'9" tall and 12'0" wide
- Driveway parks 4 vehicles

GOOD TO KNOW
- 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs; the main level is step-free
- Cell service is spotty, WiFi is strong
- Two outward-facing exterior cameras on the front porch (one facing the T-Rex, one facing the Triceratops & Velociraptor). Motion-activated, video & sound. No indoor cameras.

Getting Around:
Parking at the property is easy and guests can park up to 4 cars for free at the front of the property. It is not an easy area to get Ubers or Lyfts so we recommend having a car if you are going to be staying here. Must have 4x4 or AWD vehicles to access the private road to the house. Only vehicles shorter than 10’9” and smaller than 12’0” wide will fit in through our gate.
