"The property was welcoming to pets, but the total cost was not well explained. The floor insulation is very thin and any upstairs neighbors were incredibly noisy late into the night which makes sleeping difficult. "

"The bathroom wasn't clean. Full of dust on top of the night light, hair in the bathtub, and the bathtub wall. One of the queen beds was very squeaky. The AC/Heat unit was very stinky. The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Stayed at this hotel a few times, but this was the worst stay I've ever had."

"The hotel was extremely cold, but the temperature control in the rooms was excellent. If you have a meeting in this hotel, even in the summer, bring a sweater or jacket. The staff were great. There was one morning when there was no hot water, and that made for a very cold shower. But it was fixed by the next day. Each room has a mini-fridge, but not a microwave. However there is a microwave by the front desk you can use. The gym has some nice equipment, but it is really dusty and could use a good cleaning. The stability balls are all flat and need to be replaced and the floor mats are falling apart. Otherwise, the gym is well equipped. "

"Room was clean. Was surprised by the $65/night charge to park as most places include that with your purchase being as much as I paid for the room. Additionally, I went to go enjoy the pool which they advertised openly in their photos. Upon my arrival I found the pool under construction. Upon further review of the tiny print, they mention it’s closed but it should be advertised to be under construction better and not hidden. Additionally, I went to cut my trip short due to all this and then they informed me I couldnt get a refund on the nights I wasn’t going to stay. And they had a high deposit of $250 as well. I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it as they’ve done nothing to compensate this experience except take my money and turn away. "
