The hotel, which we anticipated would be a haven of relaxation and service, fell dramatically short of expectations. The lack of warmth and assistance from the staff was disheartening, transforming what should have been simple requests into uphill battles.
Our dining experiences within the hotel were particularly dispiriting. Both breakfast and dinner were confusing, lacking in any customer service whatsoever, the staff was visibly frustrated just having to talk to us. The food was tasteless and menus were limited.
There was no service to the room available
No considerate support in assisting us in finding locations around the hotel and walking distance. Every call to the customer service desk was met with frustration and bare minimum support for just answering the phone
The absence of basic amenities, such as accessible phone charging outlets, added an unnecessary layer of inconvenience to our stay.
I totally get that This is not mentioned, however I feel as though as highway robbery to not assist your guests in getting options for phone chargers other than spending $55 on a charger in shop.
Perhaps most frustrating was the technical issue with our $50 daily hotel credit, which consistently failed to work. An entire prescription also disappeared from our room.
