Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
What should have been a straightforward trip turned into a stressful experience. The host canceled my reservation just hours before I was set to leave for DC. If I hadn’t checked my messages before going to bed, I would have arrived without a place to stay. To their credit, VRBO worked with me to secure a replacement at a discount, but the process took several hours late at night and added unnecessary stress to the trip
