We found this property to be conveniently located for all of our outdoor excursions in Utah and surrounding areas. It fit our family perfectly and the pool access right outside the back patio door was a huge bonus.
We enjoyed this well cared for property and found it very convenient to everything in St. George. The quiet desert location and this accommodation had all that we needed and wanted. It was great to have a big pool, a long connecting trail to walk or bike and a private garage. Hope to return soon!
We stayed here with our family and a few friends. It worked out great for us. The pool was great. The location is just far enough away from every thing that you aren’t in the middle of it, but close enough that it’s not too far away. We have stayed in the neighborhood a few times and have enjoyed it.
We were two couples and enjoyed having two king masters with en-suites. Being right next to the pool can be great or just noisy depending on your preference. Location is good access to the highway and short drive to Walmart and Costco. Condo was well equipped.
The place seemed even better than expected, based on experience with previous rentals not completely measuring up. The kids room was great. The two lower bedroom beds were SO high that we could have used a step stool 😄
Nearness to the pool entrance was just the best! Decor was very nice, and the living area/kitchen was arranged great, with a nice pantry, and everything needed for food prep
Positives:
We were able to check-in early, for a fee, which was needed after our travels before the nights agenda.
House was easy for us to come & go less the garage opener that was missing at the time we checked-in. Property management was aware so we wouldn't be charged for it.
Beds were very comfortable & feels like being at home while on vacation.
Concerns:
Downstairs Master shower floor is quite slipperry. Worried about fall hazard.
Upstairs Master bath drains slowly. Ended up showering in ankle deep water.
Overall we really loved our stay here & would stay here again.

Pros: beds were comfortable, thick towels, garage parking was nice.
Con: this unit was advertised as "Sonrisa by the Pool" and "just steps from the pool." The pool was not operational during our stay. We were not notified before hand and no compensation was offered for not having this primary feature we had looked forward to. We were offered to move to a smaller unit that would not have fit our family. We were very disappointed in this experience. Also the fire alarm is very sensitive and went off twice just for us trying to fry bacon in a pan. The guest tub in the kids room was clogged. Dirty towels were left from the previous guests.
This place was great. Very clean and great amenities. Kids loved the bunk beds and it was fun being so close to the pool. Would definitely stay again and will next time we are in the area. Host communication was prompt and thorough.
The property was wonderful. It was private and had everything we needed for a week's stay near Zion and Bryce Canyon. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the pool was just steps from the back patio. Highly recommend!

Beautiful townhouse in a lovely quiet neighborhood
This townhouse was even more than advertised, with a wonderful kitchen with all you would need! Each bedroom had plenty of space and it was perfect for our family which consisted of 9 adults. It was steps from the pool and had a small padio that was so pleasant to enjoy morning or evening.
It was very clean and well kept. It was just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. The owners were very easy to work with and got back with answers to our inquiries in a timely manner. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!! We all really enjoyed our 4 night stay wishing it could last longer!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was just as shown in pictures, a convenient location, just steps away from the pool and hot tub and throughout the week was quite quiet. The weekend was definitely busier over at the pool, but still fun and not overly loud.We had plenty of room in the home for our three teen and preteen kids as well as my husband and I. The home was stocked with a small supply of coffee, which was nice to wake up to the following morning. Also had enough toilet paper, paper, towel, towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap to last us our week stay, which was super handy. There are multiple grocery stores within a few miles from the house, which made it very convenient to pick up groceries quickly. There are also some restaurants within a short drive as well.It’s about a 45 minute drive to Zion National Park, which we visited three different days. We also did a day trip to Bryce Canyon one day which is an additional hour or so. We had planned to take a day trip to the Grand Canyon as well, but with the wild fires that broke out a few weeks before our trip, we were unable to do that, but I’m glad that we kept this home because it really was wonderful.
We enjoyed our time visiting St. George. The kids loved the pool... I loved that it was nearby. The hot tub was hot, which was nice to relax sore muscles.
I say coffee drinkers be aware because this rental only had a Keurig coffee maker during our stay. I was unprepared, having purchased the regular grounds in the bag ahead of time. Funny thing is, they supplied a couple small bags of coffee and some regular filters...I don't know why. Once we purchased the K-cups, we thoroughly enjoyed having the Keurig!
This property was beautiful! The convenience of the pool being right outside the patio door was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there, just an FYI that the coffee maker is a Keurig. Everything about our stay was great. The propane was out when we arrived, but was filled very promptly once the property manager was notified. The only part I didn't like is that there was only a few days worth of toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs. It would be nice to have those covered, especially since we paid to stay an entire week. It was a minor inconvenience, and I would still give it a 5-star rating. My entire family loved it and there was so much space!
We really enjoyed our time here. The accommodations were excellent. Good showers and beds. We were quite surprised that we didn’t get a response to the problem with the garage door opener. We like to park our vehicle in a garage.
Fantastic house. Big, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, 15 feet away from the pool and quite close to St. George. The garage is too short to fit our minivan with the bike rack on it, but there's extra parking on the sides of the pool. Lovely place to stay.
