It was ot a "NEW" apartment. We had requested parking in advance, and when we got there, they did not have the parking pass for the car. We ended up returning the car early because there was confusion between the front desk and the hosting company. VRBO still charged us for parking, and there was no way to contact VRBO besides a bot that didn't understand the issue. One of the tubs had brown water come out before starting the shower.
