This place was just what was expected and what was advertised. It was amazingly clean with everything as described. The location was close to main roads (NY Ave, West Virginia Ave, etc) but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was street parking (no permit needed; just have to watch for street sweeping twice a week) but we found a spot within 3-4 blocks...and mostly right in front of the unit. Beds and the unit were very comfortable and made for a good stay.

The unit was very clean and minimalist for two nights. Both the exterior and interior updates were modern. The living room couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but that’s only if you’re looking for anything negative. The unit worked well for three adult travelers.

The condo itself was nice- the inside was clean, comfortable beds and a nice kitchen/living space. However, after check in, the host did not respond to messages. This was also advertised as having a garage parking spot- it does not have one and you have to park on the street. Not a big deal, but the neighborhood is kind of rough and you definitely dont want to leave any valuables in the car. The metro station is about 1 mile away- same deal, rough neighborhood so you probably don't want to make the walk at night time.

BEWARE, the place is clean but the air conditioning doesn’t work, the washer didn’t work, the oven wasn’t plugged in, the water in the shower is either scalding hot or ice cold, and the tv in the front room didn’t work. The host responded in the beginning but then stopped when he realized how many things were wrong. The area is also terrible and unsafe at night.
