  • Welcome to the Landing! Enjoy the beautiful desert colours of St. George; it's truly a paradise in Utah.

    This brand-new cottage features gorgeous furnishings, new appliances, and a restful holiday vibe. Split into two levels, the main floor offers a modern open space, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for four, and a breakfast nook seating six. The living area has a wrap-around couch and flat-screen Smart TV with basic channels and streaming. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and private bathroom. Outside, enjoy the patio with two seating areas and a gas grill.

    Upstairs has two large bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other sleeps 8 with 2 queen bunk beds (4 queens total), plus a foosball table and stand-up arcade! Four bikes are available in the garage.

    About The Resort at Alaia (Stucki Farms):
    Located in Washington City, Alaia offers varied villages from quaint cottages to 8-bedroom villas. The 7-acre amenity area includes a Farmhouse Welcome Centre, lap pool, lazy river, splash pad, and 18-hole mini golf.

    It's 45 minutes south of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to city centre St. George, and close to St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Warner Valley quad bike trails, and hiking spots.

    Additional Info:
    The lap/sports pool and hot pool are open year-round; lazy river is open April to October. Mini golf is open year-round with a rental discount. WiFi is available. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible (fees apply). You'll receive an email with a unique door code before arrival.

Was perfect for our trip

The location was perfect for our needs- close to family that we were visiting, close to activities we wanted to do and just an overall great fit for our family. The house great- everything we needed was provided and couldn’t have asked for an easier check in or check out process.

Great Place

We had a great time staying at the Landing. The house was clean and it had all the amenities our group needed (6 adults and 4 kids) and we had plenty of room. The pool area was a hit— we would love to stay again when it’s warmer and all the pools are heated (in winter there’s only one + hot tub). There are also restaurants and grocery stores nearby so we didn’t have to drive far for what we needed.

Great house to stay in

Nice new development and close to St. George. Can hear the cars driving by all night outside, even with a noisemaker and ear plugs. I would definitely stay here again. Bunk room was great with lots of beds and space.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and very comfortable. We loved the selection of fun games at the home, and having access to the pool was a highlight. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We felt totally at home and would definitely book again!

Amazing hidden away little place. Awesome for local hiking, biking and swimming at the club house. Great to stay here for soccer or other sporting events. Cozy and quiet.

Loved our stay here. Nice quiet little community away from the noise and crowds in the valley but close enough to still enjoy activities in town. We loved how close it was to riding and sand hallow and easy access to the highway. The pool area was awesome and not very crowded. You get a discount at the mini golf which was fun. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and fun games. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful and clean…pleasantville

This house was so nice and clean and had everything we needed (well, except for the wine opener). Having the extra space in the garage for the dirt bikes was so convenient and the pool was great. The mini golf was fun but so challenging. We had some good laughs. Can’t wait to comeback.
