Beach1. com - Beach House # 4 - Beachfront Wasaga Beach

  • Our Beach Houses are Prime Beachfront Property and are the cream of the crop when it comes to vacation rentals in the area. These executive class, town-home-style beach houses offer 3 floors, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, are over 2300 sqft in size, can support 10 adults comfortably. Each Beach House has it's own unique decor, and has it's own personal touch.

    If you are inquiring about such events as a wedding, family reunion, graduation, or any other gatherings requiring more than 10 guests, and you need multiple beach houses, please contact us directly, and we will assist you with your needs. Together, all 4 beach houses can support groups of up to 40 Adults.
    This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy.
    There are no refunds given for this property.
    Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
    HST is not included in the price. 13% HST will be added to all prices.
    Security Deposit is $750.
    If you use credit credit card, the damage/security deposit will be returned back to the credit card after you leave.
    Payment Methods Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac E Transfer, Direct Deposit (TD Bank)
    Each beach house has 2 parking spots. Any cars over the limit will need to use a nearby overflow parking lot at an additional cost.
    Check in times are 4:00 PM. In most cases we will call you before 4PM if its ready.
    Check outs on Sunday are at 12PM. All other Booking types check out at 11:00 AM unless arranged otherwise.

Overall super. We have a few comments : 1- almost no water pressure in the kitchen sink, this must be fixed, really an irritant after a week. 2- all the sofas smelled very strong of wet dog. We had to use fabreez on the fabric twice to get it to a tolerable level. 3- on arrival we felt sand on all surfaces on the ground level (table, counters…), the cleaning crew must be carefull about this. 4- the upper level TV in the family room is not fonctionnal. Like I said, overall super, just a few things to correct.

The location is wonderful, the problem is the townhouse. It needs maintenance and a good cleaning. When we got there the floors had sand on them. There was no broom or mop provided (had to buy one). The vaccuum is very dirty and does not work in the house. Carpeting in rooms is dirty and stained. Kitchen sink does not work properly, exhaust fan over oven not working properly, garage door does not work, bathrooms have mold in corners and couch has seen it's day. There is no grass in the backyard, just dirt. If they took care of the place it would be beautiful, it's a shame

Family Fun at the Beach House 6.

Shared some quality family time December 29th - January 1st. Accommodations were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Beds were very comfortable. Aaron was most helpful with any of our concerns or questions. Would rent again for sure.
