Whenever i book through Expedia, I get these terrible rooms on the 1st floor , cleanliness and the up-keep of toilets is quite bad on this floor.

I always stay at delta, this time i was given the room on the ground floor, it was in a bad condition, lights were not working, bathroom was old and dirty, the sink had water drainage issues, the room door kept making noises, even internet was very patchy. This floor seems run down without proper maintenance. I am again staying next week and the week after and do not want to stay on the ground floor as clearly its an unmaintained part of the hotel building

There was no hot water in the shower. The rooms were not clean enough, the carpets were stained and the bathroom was not clean either.

We were driving past but feeling tired so decided to try it out. Pleasantly surprised and overall enjoyed the stay, a couple of hiccups but they were resolved. Buffet breakfast was good VFM.

the stay at this hotel was great, comfortable, fell start to sleep, as the beds were so comfortable. the Staff were excellent, as i am disabled the staff offered to help all the time . Great stay

Very disappointing. The room was very crude in terms of facilities, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on and the room and bathroom were barely acceptable in terms of cleanliness. I also found the breakfast to be very mediocre quality, regardless of the price , there was lots on offer but none of the food was very good and the coffee was poor. I would not stay here again, unless it was half the price. For around £100 a night, I am certain there are many better options, unfortunately I had to book this at the last minute.

Was pleased with the staff and service provided, the hotel and room were clean but the room was unfortunately not in the best condition. The window handle was not attached properly and the sink would not drain properly, these did cause some inconvenience otherwise would’ve rated the experience as 5 stars.

Hotels.com was rubbish as usual and resulted in a 140 mile round trip to secure confirm our booking as we were let down previously and vowed never to use Expedia again but were duped into the web site

Fabulous hotel - loved staying here and would definitely rebook - I stay in a lot of hotels and this Marriott hotel is definitely one of my favourites and I have some high standards.

We usually go into Warwick to eat when we stay here but we arrived later than usual and decided to eat in the Hotel bar. The menu was uninspiring and expensive. I had a soggy pizza and my wife had a salad that was just a few leaves. Neither were great. The bar staff seemed in the main preoccupied with other things and the service was patchy. I remember the days when they would c9me to you to get your order but now it’s bar service. We sat with plates and glasses piling up on the tiny 5ables until I moved them elsewhere. It’s a nice hotel and in a great spot for an Overnighter on the way to the south coast but the staff need managing / training. Breakfast was good, but tellingly the morning staff were older and more experienced.

Will be nice when all areas refurbished
Nice hotel in parts with modern decor and carpets. Sadly our room was in the grotty and not refurbished. No milk on hospitality tray just missing nice touches. Would say our room was 2 stars at best. The restaurant was very dissapointing. Both of our selections where unavailable and had no chips or potatoes just mini croquets. Could be a nice hotel wth a bit of work
