Check in was very easy and the owner was great to communicate with. I wasn't sure if we were at the right house, at first, due to a broken down car in the driveway. The house had nice kitchen amenities and was in a good location. The beds on the second floor were comfortable, but the ceiling is very low especially for an adult. We were glad to have a fan as it was very hot when we visited and the window unit on the ground floor didn't cool off the downstairs bedroom. All in all, the cottage worked for us for our visit. It was small but the gathering areas, living room and kitchen, were surprisingly roomy. The upstairs loft had floor space and we put an air mattress in this area versus using the sofa bed in the main living area. Of course, the ceiling was vaulted/low on both sides due to the cape cod style of home. The single bathroom was small but we made it work. Overall, the home was very clean and well stocked. The cottage has bathroom amenities including shampoo, plenty of towels, body wash, and a hair drywr. The cottage has a kitchen with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could need, and the beds were clean and comfortable The only thing I might recommend is adding more detail about what kind of coffee maker there is- it's a Keurig with plenty of K cups which was wonderful - we had brought along our own coffee supplies thinking it was a drip coffee machine but we didn't even need to bring anything!
