Thoughtfully designed and all on one level, the open plan layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining and living area, creating a bright, welcoming space ideal for relaxing or socialising. A large picture window fills the interior with natural light, adding to the warm and airy feel. The elegant double bedroom offers a restful retreat, with doors opening onto a private balcony overlooking woodland, and a well-appointed and generously sized bathroom completes the accommodation. Located within the grounds of a historic manor house, this unique retreat offers a serene escape with convenient access to the North Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon.The Old Workshop, Combrook, can be booked either on its own or with The Tractor Shed which sleeps six guests. Located next to one another, the two together offer an ideal setup for larger families, or for friends travelling together. Accommodation This one bedroom barn conversion in Combrook is perfectly suited for those looking for a rural retreat, exploring the local countryside and eateries. This single storey accommodation is laid out as follows: Sitting area Large picture window, wood burner, Smart TV with apps (account holders only), two-seater sofa, loveseat and selection of board games and books Kitchen/dining area Electric oven, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and dining table with four chairs Bedroom (Sleeps 2) Access to balcony, king size bed, built-in wardrobe, mirror and hairdryer Bathroom Bath with overhead rain shower and separate handheld shower attachment, loo, basin, mirror and heated towel rail Outside Patio, outdoor table seating four, parasol and charcoal BBQ (available from April to September) There is access to the shared tennis court and partial access to extensive grounds on the estate with a pond and river The Finer Details The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 adults.
