this property is incredibly well located in the old town/ a few minutes from the square, great restaurant practically next door, butcher and 24 hour grocery and liquor store down the street. Great for an extended stay. No elevators though and we were on the 3rd floor....

This Property looked on to the square, which was wonderful. What I didn’t expect was the lack of air conditioning and elevators. Otherwise the aparment was very comfortable.

The location is absolutely fabulous, however, given the location, the unit should be a bit updated. There are high ceilings with shelving which had cobwebs on them. One of the kitchen cabinets has half fallen off and the rooms could use some paint touch ups. Overall the stay was comfortable but given the location, we were expecting more.

Tolle Lage, Zimmerservice verbesserungsfähig

Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall im Old Town super gelegen und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Schlossplatz. Auch wenn der Eingangsbereich etwas unscheinbar und auch das Treppenhaus etwas rustikal ist, so hat man im Apartement alles, was man braucht. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner als das andere und verfügt leider nur über einen Fensterblick auf die gegenüberliegende Hauswand. Auch bietet es kaum Möglichkeiten, die eigenen Sachen aufzuhängen o.Ä. Auch im anderen Schlafzimmer wäre ein Schrank toll, den es leider nicht gibt, dafür eine stabile Garderobenstange mit ausreichend Kleiderbügeln. Auf unserer Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass es tägliche Zimmerreinigung gäbe, dies war leider nicht der Fall, weswegen der Müll nicht geleert wurde und Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Auch sonst hat man kaum die Möglichkeit, jemanden der Vermieter zu sehen, da man sich den Schlüssel vor Ort selbst besorgt und es keine Rezeption oder Ähnliches gibt. Auch die Steckdosen und vor allem Lichter im Bad scheinen nur leicht montiert worden zu sein und wackeln daher enorm.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne, sehr gut gelegene Wohnung. Bei Ankunft etwas verstaubt. Es fehlten der Herd und die Geschirrspülmaschine. Einige Lampen waren defekt bzw. es hingen lose Kabel an der Wand. Die Wohnung ist eher nichts für kleinere Menschen. Die Fenster konnte nur ich kippen, da meine Frau zu klein dafür ist (168 cm).

광장 바로 앞에 있는 아파트먼트

광장 바로 앞에 위치 하고 있으나 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 저렴한 가격에 2개의 침실이 있었고 요리해먹거나 세탁 등도 모두 가능합니다. 다만 입구가 어디인지 좀 복잡하였고 아파트 복도가 연식이 꽤나 있어서 조금 스산한 분위기가 나긴 했습니다. 하지만 찾고 나서 익숙해지면 숙소 내부는 꽤나 잘 되어 있어서 전체적으로는 만족스러웠습니다.

이러시면 안 됩니다.

바르샤바의 물가는 다른 동유럽에 비해 무척 싼 편인데 숙소 값은 생각 이상으로 비쌌다. 프라하에서 7시간 이상을 운전하고 달려간 곳인데 집 찾기가 너무 어려웠다. 번지수는 분명 맞는데 우리가 예약한 방이 어디인지, 어떻게 들어가야 하는지 도무지 알 수가 없었다. 리셉션에 아무리 전화를 해도 제대로 응답을 해주지 않아 1시간 반 넘게 밖에서 헤매야 했다. (가는 길도 도로 공사로 내비가 제대로 안내해 주지 못해 힘들었는데..) 밝은 시간에 도착해서 깜깜해질 때까지 건물 밖과 안에서 얼마나 헤맸는지.. 방에 들어가니 선풍기가 한 대도 없어 담당자에게 전화하니 알아봐준다 해놓고 또 감감 무소식, 나중에는 그러려니 자포자기하며 아쉬운 것이 있어도 꾹 참고 하루를 보냈다. 엘리베이터도 없는데 5층을 이 건물에서 무거운 가방 들고 왔다 갔다, 저 건물에서 오르락 내리락.. 정말 다시 생각하고 싶지 않은 밤. 원래 2박 3일로 계획했다 1박 2일로 일정을 바꾼 것이 얼마나 다행이든지.. 서비스업을 이렇게 불친절하게 해도 되나 싶었지만 나의 여행을 망치고 싶지 않아 깨끗하게 뒷처리하고 숙소를 나섰다. (심지어는 주차를 어디에 하는 것이 좋은지조차 안내를 해주지 않음, 전화 통화한 사람과 대면하여 안내받고 싶었지만 리셉션 위치도 가르쳐 주지 않음) 숙소 위치는 왕궁이 바로 창문 너머에 있었음

ロケーションは抜群です。王宮広場に面しており、徒歩圏内に見たいところがたくさんあります。でも広場内には車が入れないので、大きなトランクを持って石畳を長時間歩くのはしんどいです。さらにエレベーターがないので階段をトランクを持って上がることになります。体力に自信がなければ郊外の新しいホテルにした方がいいです。ホテルの部屋は良かったです。珍しくバスタブがありましたし、洗濯機もありました。入り方の指示が分かりにくかったので、最初の移動で日本語ガイド付きにして親切に教えていただきました。自力で利用するのはちょっと心配です。」
