The apartment is spotless and has all amenities necessary except for a microwave/oven so any cooking needs to be done on the hotplate. The bed is extremely comfortable and the curtains keep out the light well. The studio is very close to a nice area for restaurants and easy to get to most of the sights on foot. I would happily stay here again. I had to have the driver from the airport transfer call the owner for me to get the key upon arrival. The conference I attended had late nights so I was not in the room much. The reason the advertising is misleading is that this is the only apartment available in the building of locals and their families. The location was perfect for walking to Nowy Swiat street where all the restaurants are located however. Had I known that this apartment was not like the other apartment/hotels in town, I never would have books this property. If you check for availability of this apartment for April 2015, it will show that there is only 1 apartment left. That's because there is only one apartment. I booked my reservation late, so I felt lucky to get the last one! There is no staff, or service other than getting someone to bring you the key. There are no amenities except for Wi Fi and a hair dryer. This apartment provided me with everything I needed for my stay in Warsaw. It is nicely situated close to the city centre and public transports. The room was nicely furnished with fridge, desk, TV etc. The only downside to me was that I sometimes could hear the neighbours. I was not too disturbed by it, but if you are sensitive I would recommend to bring earplugs. What I appreciated the most was however the very warm welcoming by the hosts and all the assistance I received throughout my stay, including with booking transfer to the airport. Желательно оборудование одного небольшого компьютерного места. Неплохая коммуникация - у отеля остановка 8-ми или более рейсов автобусов, через 2 остановки - автобус в аэропорт. Без роскоши, но и не спартанский стиль, есть все необходимое, но требуются собственные усилия (приготовить, постирать, погладить, убраться, выбросить мусор).
