Sadyba Urban Quiet Studio is located in one of the most prestigious districts of Warsaw – Mokotów. The neighborhood is full of shops (Żabka, Lewiatan, Lidl, Biedronka, Stokrotka), service points, restaurants (Qushi - sushi restaurant & Bar Mokotów, Ristorante da Vizzi, Pizzeria 105, Geisha Sushi), and cafés (Gromulski Bakery & Confectionery, Inna Bajka). Just 2 kilometers away, guests will find the Sadyba Best Mall shopping center. For those who appreciate peace and nature, we recommend visiting the nearby Arkadia Park – a perfect place for active recreation or quiet relaxation in nature without leaving the city center. Next to Arkadia Park is the Water Park Warszawianka. Not far from the apartment are tennis courts and a sports and recreation center – Stegny AKTYWNA WARSZAWA – ideal for roller skating and inline skating. The location is well-connected by public transportation with nearby bus and tram stops (Warneńska, Czarnomorska, Dolina Służewiecka).  
  
Sadyba Urban Quiet Studio features a cozy living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
