A Ukrainian Citizen was my guest and a business associate. She is also a Paid Patron of your hotel. While I understand there is a War going on in your region, Negative Comments were made to her regarding her Ukrainian Citizenship by your front desk staff during her checkout. The Nationality of a customer I hope would never be an issue and it is unfortunate I was not present to hear such remarks.
Very disturbing to know and it certainly changing my viewpoint of your establishment. I do frequent the City of Warsaw and will consider this disappointment upon my next visit. Thank for listening."
