A very good place to stay overall
I was a bit dissatisfied about the check-in time being 4pm and the apartment operator not being flexible in leaving my bag somewhere earlier. Other than that the property was really well furnished on the inside with a comfortable bed, a comfortable couch and a very comfy desk.

Great place but needs fans in summer
Super location right on Stary Rynek - however with this summer being HOT there was no AC -which one can expect -however it would have been nice to have a couple of fans. Since we didn’t have fans we left the windows open at night and heard the nightlife until 4 AM. Also, bring your own shampoo and soap. The apartment we stayed at was on the 4th floor-so be prepared to carry your luggage. If you stay when it’s hot use the shades so hopefully the apartment won’t get too hot.

The location is fine. The centre is around the corner. The appartment was very sober and tatty. It was clean. Towels bad condition. No curtains. Very cheap quality bed linen.

Disappointed frequent traveler.
Our stay was NOT a pleasurable experience. Starting when we arrived. We arrived at the address that was listed on the booking, there was no one there to let us in, the phone numbers were not working. When hotels.ca finally reached someone for us after 1 and half hours, we had to go to a different address to pick up the key we were then sent to an apartment at a 3rd address NOT the address we booked. Apartment was on 4th floor walk up with no elevator. Inside the apartment there was dirty towels in the bathtub. The futon bed was broken and uncomfortable. We were killing spiders continually for the three days we were there. Positives were location and there was an in suite washing machine.

Fabulous location, right on the edge of Old Town at 8/14 Dluga. Meant that we had the easy access to Old Town without the noise. Apartment was great for us and one of the few that had a balcony. The only negative was the 70 stairs up to this fourth flour apartment. We found that this dictated some of our comings and goings to avoid the stairs.

Warsaw Visit
Wonderful location, just steps away from the Old Town and the Royal Castle. Please be mindful that it is not a hotel but an apartment located in a dated, Soviet era building. Moreover, you will have to pick the key prior to arriving, at another location. Still - the price and location make it all worth it

Lovely location of you do not have heavy luggage
good spot but some distance from the agency where you turn up for the key. This matters because you then have to go through a cobbled pedestrian zone which was not good with heavy luggage. It was claimed to be only be 6 or 7 minutes (it was longer). Good info was supplied at the agency but we still had difficulty finding the actual door and light switch (so take a torch because it is dark until you learn where the light switches are and look round every part of the courtyard carefully to fond the right door. There are others) - we were not escorted there and we were left to fend for ourselves. Area lovely as long and charming but I warn you it is a noisy pedestrianised street with lots of noisy restaurants down below. You have to open the window as there appears to be no aircon for very hot nights. Alas, to my shame, a British contingent were raucous below us. However the restaurant proprietor shushed them on the stroke of 10pm. Accommodation comfortable and spacious. The area is not for disabled persons - no lift to the second floor from a pedestrianised area. Key turning was a problem and of course you are not inclined to report faults to the agency since it was in another direction- such as my bedside lamp did not work and other minor niggles. Noone will report these because of the distance to the agency. Another chair might be useful in case there are 3 of you (there are only 2 chairs and a 2 seater sofa)

misleading information
We booked for 3 people visiting form overseas to stay 5 nights close to the Warsaw Old Town. We were happy with the location and the facilties provided - good beds, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, WIFI, cable TV in a large 1 bed apartment but dissatisfied NOT to be informed that: our room was up 60 steps with no lift available, only one access key was available, the booking address was misleading as access was one block away through 2 entry doors and an internal courtyard, the bath was under a sloping roof so low we couldn't stand to shower, the kitchen had sloping beams that knocked our heads and the lighting was generally inadequate. The P & O Website provided for Podwale 9 best photos combined from few apartments under its management , therefore creating misleading information for prospective customers.

There is NO need for old, lumpy pillows and small bed covers for size of bed! If you like instant coffee..great... No small coffee pot or toaster which we asked for but were turned down as it wasn't on the apt's supply list. Check in on Miadova. Had to ask at street bakery how to make contact with check in office.The lady in the bakery wasn't too happy. I understand Polish and it seems the people checking into this apt do that all the time. Once at check in I felt I was disturbing the person. Not reassuring especially when I arranged for taxi pick up to airport at end of our 5 day stay. It wasn't the greatest place but it wasn't the worst place we have experienced on other travels. The location of the apartment is excellent. Be prepared to climb 8 flights of stairs. Think exercise work out. Sept 2014

This was an interesting stay. I was dropped of at the address provided, but that was only the office for the "apartment rentals". The staff was not too cooperative and seemed unhappy about life. I guess I asked too many questions? The apartment was several (more than 7) city blocks away and the staff gave no assistance in getting there. I dragged my bags over quaint cobblestone streets, through muddy construction zones and down several long flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The studio apt. was clean but very spartan, table and chairs and a sectional sofa bed which had many miles on it. It was suitable for one person only; 1 side semi comfortable while the other was a rock. The location in Old Town was perfect, quiet and within walking distance to a great variety of places for meals and exploration.

The Apartment had a great location in Old Town; however, it was located in a different area then shown on the booking address (it was a few blocks away). It was clean, spacious and had nice amenities; however, it did not have shower towels when I first arrived, which was inconvient since the aparment was not located in the same place as the office (I had to walk to and from the office to get bath towels). Finally, the pull out bed (I stayed in a studio apartment) was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on (when compared to other pull out beds). Overall, clean, spacious, good location with some inconviences.

lite hjelp ved innsjekking. Vanskelig med bagasje å gå til leiligheten. Ingen på kontoret før kl. 16.oo Reiser man kl. 5.oo om morgen er den store porten stengt og du kan ikke kommer deg ut på gaten hvis naboene ikke forteller deg dette på forhånd. Vasken på badet i leiligheten var tett. ellers var det rent.

Bilder beim buchen im Internet haben weit mehr Komfort vorgegaugelt, als vor Ort war. Lage der UK im Zentrum war hervorragend, nicht zu übertreffen. Größe und Komfort waren o.k., der Komfort aber unter den Erwartungen. Das TV war unbrauchbar, schwierig zu handhaben, Anleitung (am TV) nur in Polnisch. Keine Air Condition. Schlafzimmer ließ sich nachts nur unzureichend verdunkeln. Von 4 (Steh-)Lampen im Schlafzimmer waren 3 defekt. Kontaktaufnahme Tage vor dem Einchecken war zwar gut, aber vor Ort ließ sich niemand blicken, die UK war schwer zu finden und nicht ausgeschildert, das Office war mehr als 1km entfernt. UK war nicht vor 16:00 Uhr beziehbar. Nur 4 (!!) minderwertige Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Pries-/Leistungsverhältnis war aber - angesichts der hervorragenden Lage - befriedigend.

Samo mieszkanie jak i lokalizacja bez zarzutu, jednak co do obsługi to...Wstępna rezerwacja była na ul. Freta, dzień przed wyjazdem do Warszawy przyszedł email o zmianie lokalizacji (całe szczęście, że odwiedziłam skrzynkę mailową), zatelefonować nie miał kto :(. Na miejscu dostajemy klucze i kod wejścia na podwórko i do klatki. Po dotarciu do budynku okazuje się, że kod jest błędny. Dzięki uprzejmości jednego z lokatorów, który podał nam kod jesteśmy w mieszkaniu. Czysto, ładnie bez zarzutów. Jednak włączamy tv chcąc oglądnąć i co...nie działa. Dzwonię do biura, przychodzi fachowiec jednak się poddaje mówiąc, że muszą przyjść panowie którzy podłączali tv. Na drugi dzień będąc w biurze przypominam o braku tv i internetu i co? i nic. Do końca pobytu nie mieliśmy tv ani internetu które były w ofercie i za które zapłaciliśmy.

Location being Close to Old town.
It felt like a sense of freedom to be able to go back to the apartment that is located slightly Remote, that is to say at the end of the street, to relax, take a cup of tea or a drink/sleep. One felt safe in the midst of the laughter from the bars and the light sounds from People eating and talking at the nearby restaurants. We did not observe threatening or drunk people during our stay(we stayed for a week). The Apartment is located Close too Old town and you can easily walk from the Apartment to the old town in four - five minutes. There are groceryshops on this street, and the restaurants located in the nearness of the apartment offers breakfast, lunch and dinneer. I can highly recommend the location!

Solicitamos apartamento para cuatro personas, pues bien, una cama de matrimonio pegada el lateral a la pared y un sofa cama roto. Al dia siguiente les avisamos para que supieran que el sofa estaba roto y nos dicen ¡¡ que ya lo sabian!! En fin, nada que ver con las fotografias y ademas el apartamento bastante lejos de su recepcion.

Absolut schrecklich!
Wir hatten leider kein Glück mit dieser Unterkunft in Warschau. Das Badezimmer des Appartments war wegen des Geruchs und des Schmutzes sehr eklig. Wir konnten uns die ersten zwei Tage nicht duschen, weil uns die Rezeption erst dann eine Reinigungskraft zukommen ließ. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung direkt neben einer Großbaustelle, sodass wir durchgehend mit Baulärm konfrontiert waren. Leider auch nachts und sonntags. Vonseiten der Verantwortlichen haben wir bisher keine Entschuldigung erhalten.

Meget sentralt i forhold til Gamlebyen
Grei innsjekking i gåavstand til leilighet (når ankomsttid passer åpningstid) TV plugg til antenne lå løs. Fikk et någenlunde greit signal etter mye fikling. Oppgitte WI-FI navn dukket aldri opp på mobil og Pad Resatte både ruter og mobil uten at dette hjalp. Ringte og meldte problemet 2 ganger, men det ble ikke rettet på de 3 dagene vi bodde der. Dvs.dårlig respons. Fikk bare til svar at det hadde fungert tidligere.
