Nie można nic pozytywnego powiedzieć na temat obsługi BookingHost. Firma pomimo opłacenia przedłużenia tygodniowego pobytu bez mojej wiedzy anulowała rezerwację, o czym dowiedziałam się przypadkiem, dzwoniąc w zupełnie innej sprawie. Państwo nie odpowiadają również na maile. Na odpowiedź na proste pytanie trzeba czekać trzy dni, pomimo upominania się kolejnymi wiadomościami. W ciągu mojego pobytu wraz ze mną chciały przenocować w mieszkaniu jeszcze dwie osoby. Zostałam poinformowana o konieczności dopłaty w tej sytuacji. Dopłata miała wynikać z konieczności zapewnienia większej ilości kompletów pościeli i ręczników. Zaznaczyłam wyraźnie o jakiej dacie mowa. Poinformowałam firmę, że decyduję się na skorzystanke z tej oferty. Nikt z dodatkowym wyposażeniem się nie pojawił, natomiast po kilku dniach otrzymałam mailem link do uiszczenia dodatkowej opłaty. Za co? Nie wiadomo. Nie polecam. Firma zamiast ułatwiać wynajęcie mieszkania dokłada jedynie stresu i tworzy zamieszanie
