At the end of the 19th century Hoza was becoming a big city street. There were two cinemas, numerous shops and pastry shops. This is where the famous artist Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz was born.
In 1890, the building of Frederick Martens, the founder of the Joint Stock Company of Industrial and Construction Works, was built under number 50.
The revitalization works carried out restored the character of the building. Underground parking and elevators are a high standard of the property. In front of the tenement house there is a garden.
