Schlüsselübergabe muss kurz vor Anreise telefonisch organisiert werden. Und das klappt problemlos. Die Mitarbeiterin von Chopin City Apartments war sehr sympatisch, hat alles sehr ausführlich erklärt. Check in schnell und unkompliziert. Check out ebenso, Schlüssel werden einfach im Briefkasten deponiert. The apartment itself is excellent with everything you need, the nearby shops and restaurants are decent. If you want to take the metro/tram/bus it's a fair walk (10 minutes perhaps), but Uber is dirt cheap and taxis are fairly priced too so that's always an alternative for going further into town. Das Apartment war wesentlich kleiner als im Internet angegeben war. Es gab nur eine kleine ausklappbare Couch anstatt ein großes Schlafsofa. Davon mal abgesen voller Flecken und Brandlöcher. Überall war Dreck, Staub und Krümel. Kaffeeflecken auf dem angeblich gereinigten Boden, Wollmäuse in den Ecken, Glasscherben auf dem Teppich usw. Als wir eine Zimmerreinigung verlangten wurde es auf den nächsten Tag verschoben. Reinigungsmittel wollten uns die Herrschaften leider nicht zur Verfügung stellen genauso wenig wie einen Staubsauger. Als wir den Manager kontaktierten, warf er uns vor, wir hätten die Wohnung absichtlich dreckig gemacht um ein Upgrade oder was auch immer zu bekommen! Nach zahlreichen Anrufen durften wir am nächsten Tag das Apartment verlassen und haben den Betrag für die restlichen Tage zurück bekommen. Leider war das Expedia Team nicht hilfreich bei der Klärung des Problems.
