Man fick ringa en person som talade engelska, medan den personal som skulle checka in oss inte pratade annat än polska, och det gjorde hon mycket. Annan personal vi mötte ignorerade oss totalt. Lägenheterna är annars bra utom sängbredden, för som i vårt fall 10 fullvuxna, äldre gentlemän. Alternativ till att lösa detta fanns men krävde många samtal via "tolk". Personalen kunde städa och det var allt. De skall inte ha med gäster att göra. Läget är mycket bra men man blev lite tveksam när man kom dit för korridorerna till lägenheterna känns som Kommunistiskt fångläger. This is a very nice apartment, with up-to-date furnishings. There is a great view from the livingroom/bedroom. There is a balcony! Great for overlooking the Palace of Culture. The kitchen was somewhat equipped---there were no eating utensils, so that was not good. However, there was a washing machine, and this is a real plus! This apartment is truly in the middle of everything, and yet it was not noisy. The lady at the registration desk (when I checked in) was very helpful. The area felt safe. All in all, a very good experience. I'm glad you asked, I was about to write a letter to Hotel.com, anyway, when I booked this property, I was never told that I was supposed to call someone to bring the keys and show me the property, when I arrived to the property, to the address on the booking, totally confused tired , never saw anyone notes on the door info etc etc.. I had someone call the number I had, they did not speak English, not even one word, per the people helping me, I was told this person would be coming in about 5 minutes, it took 30 minutes, I could not communicate with her, not one word in English, she took me to the apartment and grab some paper enclosed in a plastic cover, by the way, the apartment was not at the building for the address of the booking, it was 2 buildings down the street. This person also spoke only Polish, so the explanation of how everything works was not very useful (there were some written instructions in English however). The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and everything was a bit worn-out, old and even partly broken. But having a kitchen was a big bonus and the location is good, close to metro, shops and restaurants. Sucio edificio La encargada está en otro edificio lejos. Te hace caminar con las maletas hasta el departamento. solo habla ruso y no importa si le explicas que no entiendes, sigue explicando te en ruso. El edificio muy sucio y apestoso por dentro. el depa remodelado pero muy chico. La cama es empotrada por lo que si duermen 2 uno tiene que pasar sobre el otro.
