Excellent location and services!

A superb hotel, it's positioning is perfect. Is at the edge of the marvelous Old Town & the whole area looked amazing with all the Christmas lights. Christmas Markets were good. Buses ran nearby & the metro was about a 5 minute walk away; plus the trams, all public transport was good. Museums are very good and explanations are in Polish & English. Must sees are the Royal Castle (near Bristol), Uprising Museum, Warsaw Museum, Chopin Museum and Polin (1,000 yrs of Polish Jewish History, which we...

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were helpful and the room very comfortable.

Excellent cozy hotel in central location, great decoration, excellent breakfast, nice rooftop bar, friendly stuff and walking distance to main attractions.

We always stay here when catching an early morning flight from Chopin Airport. The reception staff are very helpful, they provide a free shuttle to the airport. We had to return the hire car at the airport the day before we flew and they even provided the shuttle to bring us to the hotel. The rooms are superb, clean and very comfortable.

Clean, tidy and modern. Great location, especially in terms of the Old Town. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There is a little supermarket just across the street which is reasonably priced. Polish products are about half the price compared to the airport.

Perfect stay. Great location. Nothing bad to say, would recommend to anybody coming to Warsaw.

We have stayed at this hotel in Warsaw several times, and it has always been a great experience! The location is fantastic, just a minute away from the airport, making it incredibly convenient, especially for early flights or overnight stays. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and consistently meets our expectations. We always enjoy staying here and would happily recommend it to anyone travelling through Warsaw. We will definitely be back again!

A real 5 starts hotel !! Our experience at Sofitel was simply magical. With its delightful breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, and overall exceptional service, it's safe to say we'll be coming back for more.

Great value and a very nice hotel. A bit of a walk to the old town but easy to get around the city from here. Quite straightforward to/from the airport. Is come here again
