The apartment met all my needs and then some. I appreciated that there was fresh ice, Keurig coffee cups and toiletries. The host did a good job of preserving some of the historic charm. I was a solo business traveler but noticed (and appreciated) the bins in the bathroom for multiple guests to store their items. It's obvious Pam went to great lengths to think of everything. The location is very walkable to area restaurants, breweries and the river.
