Clean and well kept but we weren’t notified a family would be staying directly above us. Which is pretty neglectful due to the fact that I specified we were coming back to the area without our kids because we had such a nice vacation in the area (with the kids) over the summer and just wanted alone time for ourselves this time around. If I could fight for a refund I would. If I was hosting I would notify anyone spending their hard earned money on staying at my place of possible guests staying above them. It was truly a horrible experience coming home after a beautiful day/evening to literally hear running and stomping all night fighting for some sleep assuming we wouldn’t have that issue without having our kids.
