"We've selected this place for two main reasons - 1) Kayaks included, and 2) pets are welcome (at least, a dog - check the rules). "When I first came here, it reminded of a place my grandparents would stay and that is not a bad thing at all. It's quiet, clean, front desk girl in the morning and the older gentleman in the evening are phenomenal. Cleaning staff is friendly. After staying at a couple of places in the area rated the same as the Ramada, I can easily say this is far better than those (Town & Country, Motel 6, Mary's Motor Lodge - the legit worst). I'd stay here over the higher priced options like the Hampton."
