There are several paid parking lots just a couple minutes away, but getting a ticket, or paying for parking is around the same cost (about $25-$35). Other Things to Note: The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. The listing was accurate, check-in was a breeze, and the place seemed clean, but early in the evening on the first night, cockroaches started appearing. Our host responded to our message, but gave no indication that there was any urgency to their response time. We made the decision to end our stay prematurely and ended up staying at a hotel instead. We didn't want to stay in a place that may have even more cockroaches appearing as the night continued. We especially didn't want to have any of them traveling with us in our suitcases by laying eggs. Our host was not willing to provide much by way of a refund for our troubles and VRBO support was not able to provide any resolution for us either.This is likely the last time we'll be staying at a place like this. When it comes to consistency with cleanliness and responsive staff, some VRBO hosts just don't cut it and are clearly looking to make a quick buck. Side Note: There was no indication on the listing that there would be construction happening in the backyard that involved power tools. It made the deck largely unusable. I understand trying to make improvements, but then you need to be honest in the listing about the timing of the stay. ##### Andrew P.
