"Everything was great ! Just the toilet situation was a slight problem running the last few times I stood there , and the television didn’t have all the channels because they were in the middle of changing it over to something else. "

"I liked the comfy beds, the very nice primary bathroom (especially the shower which is equipped with double shower heads and handheld shower heads), and the kitchen. The Keurig with provided pods was convenient. The host was very promptly responsive to my questions and came over with space heaters when the furnace needed resetting, which was done within a few hours by the technician without disturbing us. The view of the river was nice. We watched swans and sailboats go by. Just be aware that there are no window coverings on most of the windows in the main area. You enter the house through the basement and up a steep flight of stairs to the kitchen. That can be awkward with luggage and groceries but of course you could go up and then unlock the front door from inside. The one thing I’d like to see is a pitcher in the kitchen. I like to keep a pitcher of iced tea in the fridge but we couldn’t find one so we made do with a quart measuring cup. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a long Thanksgiving weekend. The unit was very clean and cozy, our kids enjoyed each having their own bedrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. Not only was it near our family members who we were visiting, but it was also within a 3-5 minute walk from some of our favorite restaurants in Warren: The Guild, The Waterdog, Wharf Tavern, etc. And the owners were very responsive to any questions I had, so it was all a very positive experience, one that we look forward to repeating on our next visit!"

"We Rented the entire house. It was immaculate on arrival and well provisioned. The layout was great for our reunion needs, as the individual units provided privacy and separation, while all being easily accessible internally.Everything we needed was within close walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and playground for the little ones. Several parking spots are provided with the house and there was also ample street parking available.We highly recommend this property and will book it again if we have a similar need come up again. We only had a few interactions with the the hosts, but they were very prompt and helpful in responding to our queries."

"Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t stay. Host falsely claimed we brought 5 guests instead of 3, contacted VRBO to cancel our stay, and ignored us for 90+minutes, leaving us bewildered at 10:30 pm in an unfamiliar area. When my wife returned to inform me, the host rudely scoffed and locked her out. In hindsight, this was a scam to keep our payment, as VRBO’s policies are inadequate. After four calls, a VRBO agent said a refund wasn’t possible due to policy gaps. Upon reviewing the host’s recent claims, the agent found false harassment accusations against us. The agent called the host “paranoid” and told us to stay, despite our discomfort. Upon entry, we found the unit’s door open and the area unclean, as if someone had just used it. Bugs were present on the third floor. Only after contacting VRBO a fourth time, the host claimed her reaction was due to previous bad renters, which is extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately I’m out of space. Beware renting here and protect yourself."
