Location was a little remote but worked well for the route we we’re traveling to get to Niagara Falls.
Mirror and shower was dirty, Could see mold and dirt growing in the corners of the bathroom.
Hotel is in a good location relative to Syracuse University and has plenty of parking. When I stayed there the lobby area was under construction.
i didn’t find anything unique about the property or the are except that it doesn’t have anything around it at all. it’s totally desolate.
Awesome staff! My husband and I went to Syracuse for a long weekend for a business/ pleasure trip. The reception ladies were kind, very helpful to whatever need or question we would have. They have coffee and hot chocolate for you to serve all day. The room service is wonderful. The hotel is spotless ...
Great option in this price range in Syracuse. Really clean, nice breakfast, great staff. Very happy with it.
It was clean hotel. No problem to stay here again. Evening staff didn’t know what the cost of their park and fly program.
