"As mentioned in other reviews, breakfast is hot-to-order and not a buffet. But it's excellent quality and quite adequate portions. While the listing says "restaurant", be aware there's no lunch/dinner, so make sure you have a plan as far as food. There are loads of options within a 15-minute drive. This is in a very quiet rural setting. If you're looking for peace-and-quiet, this'll be a good spot. The only caveat is, as other reviews have mentioned, the room walls are very thin, so you'll hear conversations/snoring/etc from nearby rooms. Trick is to fire up the A/C to generate white noise. As mentioned, they don't have lots of staff just milling about. So if you're one of those high-maintenance needy city folk who can't figure out something like "contactless check-in", this might not be the place for you. If something important comes up (didn't for us), you get phone numbers to call."

"The "room" was a stand alone mobile home. Was an older unit but well taken care of. Inside was comfortable and clean and had a full kitchen plus laundry. Would be a great place for a larger group traveling together or a family. The unit had a Keurig but it was not working and that was the only downside, but McDonalds was next door and Tim's was just down the street so was easy to get my caffeine fix. Check in was quick and easy and the owner was very friendly. Wasn't what I expected, but would stay there again."

"Fantastic spot on the Trent River. We had plenty of space with 6 people. Well stocked and clean. Huge yard with lots of seating and great sunset view. And still close to town in case supplies are needed. Swimming was great, but with the very soft bottom and potential zebra muscles, swim shoes are a must. Mark was a great host and replied to messages quickly. We enjoyed our time!"
