Schöne Gegend, angenehmes Wohnen

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Ferienhaus. Die Landschaft ist reizvoll, das Meer nicht weit entfernt. Schön, dass man ein Ruderboot nutzen konnte sowie eine Auswahl an Fahrrädern zur Verfügung stand. Dass bei der Nutzung der Räder wie auch der Funktion des Kaffeeautomaten etwas nachgeholfen werden musste, ist wohl so zu erklären, dass viele Menschen nutzen, aber der "Hausmeister" fehlt. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, mit liebevollen Details gestaltet und mit "Bücherei", Filmen und Spielen für jedes Alter ausgestattet. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, der See ist tatsächlich in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Bei Schwierigkeiten ist der Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, etwas für Leute, die Ruhe suchen.

Eine erholsame Woche

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter begann unmittelbar nach der Buchung und war jederzeit freundlich und hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Am Tag vor der Ankunft bekam ich die Infos zum Checkin und Infomöglichkeiten vor Ort. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Modern, hell, sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Sogar eine Garage mit Standup-Paddles, Fahrrädern, DVD-Sammlung und Gesellschaftsspielen steht zur Verfügung.Gartenmöbel, Auflagen und Grill stehen auf der Terrasse und dem Balkon zur Verfügung. Und die Lage kann nicht besser sein. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Badesteg sind nicht zu toppen. An "kalten" Tagen um die 20 Grad habe ich Tagesausflüge auf die Insel Poel, Schwerin und Wismar unternommen. Alles in max. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche!

sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung.Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die unschönen hässlichen Flachbauten, die auch 30 Jahre nach der Wende den guten Gesamteindruck des kleinen ansonsten sehr gepflegten Ortes mit seinen netten und hilfsbereiten Einwohnern, ein wenig schmälern.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben .Leider war die Beleuchtung vom Badschrank defekt und die Steckdose auch! Hinter dem Doppelbett lag Schmutz und Papiertaschentücher . Man musste auch über die vorn liegende Person steigen , um in oder aus dem Bett zu kommen .Das war sehr umständlich . Mit der Ruhe war es vorbei , als in der anderen Haushälfte der Sohn des Vermieters mit seinen Freunden für 3 Tage da war .9 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind in einer FeWo für 3 Personen und dann auch noch so nah nebenan .Wir haben um 18 Uhr die Jalousien geschlossen , da der Lärm unerträglich war .Es wurde gefeiert bis früh um 2 Uhr.Morgens sah es unmöglich aus und diverse Klamotten hingen auf unserer Seite der Sichtschutzwand .da ist uns das frühstücken auf der Terasse vergangen.Da sollte doch der Vermieter darauf achten ,dass die zahlenden Gäste nicht durch Party machende Familienangehörige in ihrem Urlaub gestört werden . Diese Aktion fanden wir ziemlich daneben ! Ansonsten kann man viel unternehmen und die Gegend ist immer eine Reise wert !

Erholungsurlaub pur!

Für jeden, der Ruhe und Erholung braucht, ist dieser Ort im Mai genau das Richtige. Wenig Menschen, dafür wunderschöne Natur. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, hat zwei schöne Duschbäder und vom Balkon einen schönen Blick auf den See. Besonders toll ist es, dass verschiedene Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen und man mit einem hauseigenen Ruderboot den herrlichen Groß Labenzer See befahren kann. Auch für das Kochen steht alles Wichtige bereit und es gibt sogar ein Waffeleisen und einen Crepemaker. Die Kommunikation mit und die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war super. Alles lief reibungslos. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir konnten den Urlaub entspannt genießen. Kleiner Tipp: Wir hatten keinen Handyempfang. O2 lässt grüßen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Umgebung

Herrlicher Ort um sich zu erholen. Der See läd zum Baden und Rudern ein. Man kann herrliche Radtouren starten und es ist nicht weit zum Schweriner See und an die Ostsee.
