Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentrale gelegen. Nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür. Wie wir uns mit der Hausverwaltung in Verbindung gesetzt haben, da der Duschablauf nicht frei war, wurde umgehend dafür gesorgt, dass dieser funktioniert. Auch Ersatzhandtücher wurden sofort mitgebracht. Die Sauberkeit, die bei einigen bemängelt wurden, können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Egal ob Geschirr, Besteck oder Töpfe, alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Das einzige Manko wären die Fenster, die würden sich über etwas Wasser freuen ;-) Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr zufriedenen Aufenthalt und würden diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen. ##### Cathrin P. Vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster eine laute Anliegerstraße und das Wohnzimmer sehr nahe zur Durchgangsstraße. Die Fenster isolieren den Schall sehr gut, aber bei gekipptem Fenster doch sehr laut. Uns stört so etwas wenig, aber lärmempfindlichen Menschen keineswegs zu empfehlen. Aber die Sauberkeit und Hygiene lies mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Eine Hausmeisteragentur übernimmt die Endreinigung, die bei unseren Vormietern wohl nur darin bestanden hat, etwas Raumspray zu versprühen. Wir mussten erstmal gründlich reinigen, einige Schränke sogar auswaschen. Die Wohnung war weder gekehrt noch waren irgendwelche Oberflächen gereinigt und der Kühlschrank "lebte". Föhn defekt ebenso Licht an der Dunstabzugshaube und vor der Eingangstür. Hoffentlich nimmt der Vermieter eine andere Hausmeisteragentur. Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2018 Verified ### 8/10 Good #### Dagmar F. 24 Jul 2018 #### Stadtwohnung mit Charm und kleinen Macken Die Ferienwohnung Seerose liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses das nur aus Ferienwohnungen besteht, in Räumen eines ehemaligen ein Ladens. Darum ist seitlich noch das bodentiefe Fenster zur Seitenstraße, vermutlich ehemaliges Schaufenster. Die Frontfenster gehen auf die Lange Straße, parallel zu der viel befahrenen 4-spurigen Hauptstraße. Kann durch den Straßenlärm ziemlich laut werden wenn man mit gekipptem Fenster schläft. Das Wohnzimmer wurde durch eine Querwand abgetrennt, an der eine Küchenzeile mit vielen Geräten und Utensilien eingerichtet ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein aber ausreichend für 2 Personen. Evtl. kann ein kleineres Kind im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch schlafen, aber eigentlich ist die Wohnung nicht für mehr als 2 Personen geeignet. Das Badezimmer ist von der Größe ok. Die Sauberkeit läßt aber sehr zu wünschen. Die Unterseite der WC Brille war sehr verdreckt, der Duschkopf hätte auch gründlich entkalkt und gesäubert gehört, sowie auch der gekachelte Waschtisch.. Bei dem Mietpreis hätte ich erwartet, dass alles richtig sauber ist. Den Fahrradkeller konnten wir nicht nutzen da eine enge, steile Treppe in den Keller führt. Der Garten, der in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird, ist hinter dem Haus an den Mülltonnen vorbei, ist sehr klein, für alle Wohnungen des Hauses nutzbar, nicht ausschließlich für die Wohnung Seerose, und von der Straße für jeden zugänglich, also nicht abgeschlossen. Haben wir auch nicht genutzt. Es gibt nur 3 Parkplätze fürs ganze Haus. Weiß nicht genau wie viele Wohneinheiten im Hause sind, aber auf alle Fälle mehr als Parkplätze (die auch nur gegen Bezahlung zu haben sind). Für uns war kein Parkplatz frei obwohl wir schon 4-5 Monate davor die Wohnung gebucht haben. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ca. 50 Meter vom Haus beginnt die Fußgängerzone. Der Markt, der Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Kaffees, Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fahrrad- und Wanderwege auch sehr gut erreichbar. ##### Dagmar F. Sie ist perfekt gelegen - nur ein paar Schritte zur Altstadt entfernt. Ein kleines Manko eben durch die Lage, ist die fast direkte Lage zur Hauptstraße, so dass es etwas laut ist.
