I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost.

Excellent hotel, rooms nice size with everything you need,spotless and super comfybed , breakfast was amazing lots to choose from and delicious pastries, nicely priced drinks at the bar and the staff were so friendly and helpful and situated in a good area short walk to docks,reeperbahn and city centre
