This hotel is convenient for the subway transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, they were actively engaged in making conversation with you where they would find ways to suit your needs. The breakfast was full of selections. The executive lounge was a personal retreat. We enjoyed spending a week there and would likely return in the future.

Staying at the K Hotel ChangAn was a great experience for my family of 4. It's conveniently located close to a subway station and many restaurants. The free to use laundry machines were very useful, and the on site breakfast was amazing. Very clean, quiet and well managed. I plan on staying here again when I return.

"They would not let you check in until 3pm even if the rooms are ready. Strict 3 pm check in time is not friendly at all. The hotel is great for sure but I would rather stay in Hotel W as they always let you check in whenever they can. Hotel W actually TRY."
