Lüttjer Kiwitt—the perfect spot for short trips and relaxing days

The renovated apartment complex, featuring railing-style balconies along the entire facade <br>, has the typical "retro charm" of the 1970s. The holiday rental "Lüttjer <br>Kiwitt" is located on the raised ground floor and was partially renovated in 2020. It <br>is located in the second row, directly behind the Wangerooge beach promenade, and is <br>just a few minutes from the swimming beach. The bright holiday rental offers <br>plenty of space for 2 people, but the sleeper sofa in the living area, along with <br>the bed in the separate room, makes the apartment comfortable for up to 3 <br>people. The south-facing living-dining room, featuring <br>a cosy sitting area and a pull-out double sofa bed, boasts a <br>large window with access to a balcony leading to a sheltered and sunny <br>seating area. The small bedroom with a sea view features a wide <br>bed (160 cm), which is accessible from only one side, and a wardrobe. <br>In addition, the holiday rental has a small kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop and a <br>work surface that can be extended as needed (via a folding table in the hallway), as well as <br>a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. This <br>holiday rental is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. Upon <br>request, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a <br>high chair for our younger guests. By the way... “Lüttjer Kiwitt” is located right next to the <br>holiday rental “Grooter Kiwitt”—a great opportunity, for example, for a <br>extended family holiday.
