Our two holiday apartments Sea View 1 & 2 are situated on the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge and can be through your many virtues your vacation an unforgettable dream vacation.

Highlight 1 - the view:
When you enter the apartment you will appreciate the view.
You can overlook the shopping street Zedeliusstraße, leave the main beach wander down to the open sea.
There can be excellently observed the entire waterway of the Weser and Jadefahrwassers. Binoculars for is ready for you!
In ideal conditions the view extends even to Helgoland.

Highlight 2 location:
The apartments located on the upper beach promenade next to the Cafe Pudding, the linchpin of the island.
The Zedeliusstraße with shops and restaurants, as well as the guarded main beach are also just outside the front door.

Highlight 3 Apartments:
The two light-flooded apartments are adjacent in. 3 Floor of the apartment building monopoly. They were renovated in 2016 and completely refurbished. Here, much emphasis was placed on a high-quality finish and interior. Both apartments are identical and equipped.
In the combined living room and bedroom a Nehl- away bed with very good sleeping comfort is available.
Harmonically integrated is the fitted kitchen with everything needed for kitchen use (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, freezer ***, u. S. W.).
The large dining table with comfortable leather chairs invites you to savor culinary delights.
Take a seat on the nice leather sofa which can be folded out when needed simply to another roost. It overlooks comfortably on the flatscreen TV (with LAN - connection) or listen to the easy-to-use music system.
The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin with vanity unit, hair dryer and heated towel rail
equipped.
For relaxation also invites the 10m² large and covered balcony.
There are comfortable chairs, sunbed and table the brand Kettler at your disposal.
The on-site swimming pool, you can pull a few laps (use for free, opening times on site) in any weather.
Washer and dryer, both coin operated, are located in the basement.

Perfekte Lage für Kurzurlaub mit Hund
Es handelt sich um ein Einzimmer -Appartement, das allerdings durch eine geniale Schrankbett-Tisch-Kombination sehr großzügig wirkt. Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und sehr modern eingerichtet. Der große Balkon erlaubt freie Sicht auf den Vorplatz vom Café Pudding und auch aufs Meer. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Reinke, sehr freundlich und professionell. Hier ließ sich sogar das regnerische Osterwochenende sehr gemütlich aushalten!! Kleine Anregung: gerade für die kühleren Temperaturen, aber auch für längere Balkon-Abende wäre es schön, wenn eine oder zwei Kuscheldecken zur Ausstattung hinzu kämen.

Wohnung top - Haus Flop
Die Wohnung ist klein, aber zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer könnte eine hellere Lampe leuchten, da die Spiegellampe eher Deko ist. Das Haus wird außen renoviert, was auch zwingend notwendig ist. Vor unserem Balkon war zum Glück kein Gerüst aufgebaut, wird aber sicher noch kommen, da auch hier eine Renovierung der Fassade und Balkone erforderlich ist. Der Hausflur wirkt sehr dunkel, müsste auch renoviert werden. Der Bewegungsmelder ist unglücklich angebracht. Die Treppenstufen bleiben im Dunkeln bis man die Ebene erreicht hat. Die tolle Lage ist unbezahlbar.
