Three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure plenty of privacy and comfort. A barrier-free bathroom on the ground floor makes the house attractive even for guests who place special value on comfort.

Hooksiel’s charming town centre invites you to stroll through its picturesque pedestrian zone, with shopping and restaurants, while a large EDEKA supermarket with a bakery at the town entrance offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The beach, located about 3 km away, is equipped with parking and beach chairs, and water skiing at the Hooksiel ski terraces provides plenty of action, while beautiful hiking and biking trails lead from the old harbour to the outer harbour and the beach.

The health resort of Hooksiel (Zone 1) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including age 3.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance.
