Und der Mülleimer, der beim 1\. benutzen in 2 Teile zerbrochen ist, wurde uns direkt in Rechnung gestellt. Dank einer netten Mitarbeiterin, haben wir eine kostengünstige Einigung angeboten bekommen. Was als kosmetische Punkte optimiert werden könnten, sind folgende: - Aktuelleres Bild von Google Maps nehmen und anhand dessen den Parkplatz erklären sowohl per Vorab-Mail als auch in Aufzug. - gleiches gilt für die Mülltonnen. Mit einfachen Mitteln einen kleinen Lageplan erstellen - den Weg zum Schlüsselkasten beleuchten (Durchgang vom Innenhof zwischen Hotel und Lands End Bar).
