The house welcomes you with a bright entryway on the ground floor. Here you’ll find a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. The open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen and offers direct access to the garden—ideal for socialising both indoors and outdoors. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available and leads to the adjacent garage.
Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a lovingly decorated children’s room with two single beds, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub—perfect for families with children or couples travelling together.

The large garden is completely fenced in and, with a covered patio, sun loungers, and a grill, offers the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors. Children will love the sandpit and the swing, while dogs can safely run around and move about freely.

For explorers of all ages, there are three bicycles, a children’s bike, and a go-kart—perfect for actively exploring the surrounding area. After an eventful day, it’s wonderful to unwind at the house—whether with a cosy meal on the terrace or a film night in the living area. The health resort of Hohenkirchen offers everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday: Shopping options, two bakeries, a pharmacy, and medical care are all located right in town. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the North Sea in just a few minutes by car or bike. The cities of Jever and Wilhelmshaven are also within easy reach and invite you to take a stroll through town or enjoy cultural excursions.

A special highlight for families is the Nordsee-Spielstadt Wangerland—an approximately 5,000 m² indoor amusement park that’s open rain or shine. Here, children and parents can spend an exciting day together, enjoying a roller coaster, a chain carousel, bumper cars, a climbing area, a ship swing, a sandpit, a toddler play area, and much more. Especially convenient: The admission price includes not only all the rides but also free parking, unlimited fries, ice cream, and hot and cold drinks—ideal for a stress-free family outing in any weather.

Right on your doorstep is also the Wangermeer—an approximately 100-hectare, man-made recreational lake offering a wide range of activities for nature and water sports enthusiasts. Those who prefer more athletic activities will find plenty to enjoy at the BUHL Activity Park: Whether it’s football golf, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, wing foiling, wing surfing, or blobbing—action is guaranteed here!

Important for dog owners: Dogs are allowed only on the designated private beach and the beach at the BUHL Activity Park.

The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, their ages, and the length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding prices can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the guest tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance.
