Haus Seeglück – Family Holiday Right on Lake Wanger

The family-friendly Haus Seeglück is situated in a stunning location right on Lake Wanger and, with its modern, stylish furnishings, the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday with the whole family.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living and dining area with a cosy sofa corner and a direct view of the garden. A play area ensures that even the youngest guests feel completely at home. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and flows into the fully equipped, open kitchen. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this floor. On the terrace in the garden, you can relax and wind down at the end of the day with an outdoor barbecue.

The upper floor features a spacious, modern bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, as well as three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The children’s room has two single beds and a cot.

The house is perfectly equipped for families with small children—from toys and books to practical everyday items that make your holiday easier.

The entire house has exterior shutters and in-floor heating, which provide additional comfort.

The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled individuals who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance.
