Fantastische Lage

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Alles was es benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Aufteilung das die Schlafräume in der ersten Etage sind und der Wohnbereich unten ist perfekt. Die Einfahrt kann mit einem Tor verschlossen werden sodas Kleinkinder den ganzen Bereich ums Haus zum spielen nutzen können. Die Wege zum Bäcker oder auch zum Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erledigen. Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang ist Hooksiel Ortkern zu erreichen oder andere Richtund das Meer. Wir waren begeistert. :)

In die Jahre gekommen

Sehr schönes Objekt,, dass eine Instandhaltung nötig hat. Die Zaunanlage und das Tor lassen sich nur sehr schwer bedienen, die Rollläden klemmen. Ein Rollladengurt vor dem abreißen.. Fliesen im Essbereich beschädigt Küchenausstattung okay, aber die Messer schneiden nicht wirklich. Im Bad am Waschbecken fehlte ein Handtuchhalter dafür Haken an der Duschkabine. Die Dusche entweder zu heiß oder zu Kalt Gasboiler Einstellung unzufrieden. Gästetoilette mit nicht passender Klobrille ausgestattet.

Es gibt viel zu tun!

Das Haus ist deutlich "in die Jahre" gekommen. Es müsste sich einmal eine Person "mit Auge" den zahlreichen Kleinigkeiten annehmen. Schlafzimmer ok., Wohnzimmer Ausstattung entspricht teilw. nicht den Fotos, Küche vieles nicht praktikabel. Badezimmer - duschen wird zum Erlebnis weil die Wassertemp. kaum zu regeln ist. Grundstückszaun und Tor müssten dringend erneuert werden. Der Gesamteindruck ist eher in der Tendenz zu Mangelhaft. Befriedigend schmeichelt. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut nicht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 3 Hunde. Genug Platz für alle und alles war bei Anreise super sauber. Die Übergabe war super nett und unkompliziert. Super Lage, Bäckerei, sehr gutes Restaurant und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Also alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle kleine Auszeit.

Gute Lage. Großzügiger Ess-Wohnbereich. Steile Treppe zum OG. Waschmaschine vorhanden. WLAN gegen Aufpreis. Hinweise: Tor an der Einfahrt war nicht zu schließen; kein Freilauf für Hunde möglich. Leider fanden wir dieses Feriendomizil nicht so vor, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Außenbereich : verrottet bzw. heruntergekommen sind Gartenzaun, Sichtschutz zum Nachbarhaus, Schuppen für Fahrräder. Wohnhaus: dringend renovierungsbedürftig (Wände, Fußböden, Fußleisten, Türen und Türrahmen, Badezimmer). Auch der Toilettensitz sollte der Größe der Toilette entsprechen. Die Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer ist abgängig, Teppiche hätten zu einer guten Wohnatmophäre beigetragen. u.s.w. ...

Urlaub mit Hund

Das Haus ist groß, schön & für Hundefreunde perfekt. Es gibt in einer ruhig gelegenen Siedlung einen eingezäunten Garten und eine sehr hundefreundliche Treppe im Haus, die ins OG führt. Alles in allem: Modern, komfortabel und auch gemütlich. Es fehlt einem eigentlich an nichts, wenn man eine Auszeit nimmt! Der Vermieter ist super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Somit empfehlenswert und lädt zu einem Wiedersehen ein.

Gewünscht hätten wir uns vor Ort u.a. eine Fußmatte vor der Dusche und einen Fön im Bad. Auch ein Handtuch auf der Toilette wäre schön gewesen. Zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus

Haus Christa ist ein ordentliches, zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus ohne irgendwelche Besonderheiten in einer Ferienanlage gelegen. Es hat im wesentlichen alles, was man so braucht. Aber eben auch nichts on top wie Spiele, Kerzen oder mal nen Kugelschreiber oder sowas... Schön ist der Kamin. Machts ganz gemütlich. Die Küche allerdings ist extrem spartanisch ausgestattet. Kochlöffel, Schneidebretter, Topflappen und evtl. eine Allzweckreibe wären schon nett gewesen. Und zwei oder drei Geschirrtücher hätten es schon sein dürfen. Auch bei der Aufgabe Mülltrennung ist improvisieren gefragt ... es gibt nur für den Restmüll einen Mülleimer aber nix für Wertstoffe oder Biomüll im Haus. Auch beim Wäschepaket für stolze 15€ pro Nase hätten sicher noch ein Duschvorleger und ein paar kleine Handtücher zum Hände abtrocknen z.B. im Gäste-WC im EG drin sein können. Alles in allem ein solides Haus mit Luft nach oben in der Ausstattung mit Gegenständen des täglichen Bedarfs.
