The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room comfortable and the air conditioning cold. The hotel is in a good location public transportation nearby.

Our stay at Tower Cub at Lebua was amazing, they're being not anything I did not like. The view was amazing. The afternoon tea and snacks that is included with the towerclub was a great way to relax before going out in the night. The staff was extremely friendly. With the tower club, you could eat in on the 52nd floor and have amazing views, but we preferred to eat on the M floor as they had much more diverse menu options. There were only two things that I would have improved. the first being that the bedroom part of our room got hot (25 degrees) due to the massive balcony doors and it felt like the AC could not keep up with the heat. The second issue is the number of elevators. As we were very high up in the tower, sometimes (3-4 times throughout our week stay) you would have to wait upwords of 15-20 minutes for an elevator, but most the time it would be fast. Overall, I would reccomend this hotel to everyone as it was a fabulous stay. Ensure you bring smart casual dress to use the towerclub area!

From the moment we arrived the second we were saying good bye. Everyone was very attentive and always there to help or answer all questions. Our pool in our room was amazing.mosquitos was just an issue early morning and late night. To be expected is all. Thanks for an amazing time in this resort. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beautiful resort close to many attractions in the area including the Sanctuary of Truth. The view of the ocean is more industrial as you can see the dock where fishing boats come in, but still a great view when there is a high-tide. Not such a great view at low tide. There's multiple swimming pools and they are great. Breakfast was awesome.

I am a very picky person and I loved everything about this hotel. The only 2 downfall that it had was no balcony, the towels and the robes need to be replaced. They're a bit dingy, but it smells great. The staff is great, the view is beautiful and it looks absolutely amazing from the time you walk in to every other part that you enter
