Comfort & Convenience Thoughtfully designed studio with a comfy bed and relaxing living area. Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, kettle, tea & coffee provided) so you can enjoy home‑style meals or snacks. Bathroom with shower. Essentials like washing powder, dishwashing detergent, shampoo, body wash and more are supplied to get your stay off to a great start. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us. Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Location is very close in town and the lake, with street parking directly in front of main house. Couch and bed were comfortable; kitchen well equipped; and washing machine was nice to have. (Note: No dryer in unit, but it does have a good drying rack) Would have given this property 5-stars, but we had to find the breaker box (outside) and reset - only using the microwave, TV, and one light. The shower doors leak water onto the floor, and the WiFi was not the best. (The TV lost connection every night).
