The air-conditioned studio consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Nice garden views, side gate where bikes can be safely kept on site. The special touch.. While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly. We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay. The property is very close to the Wanaka Tree, lakefront and town. Easy walking distance. Cardrona Ski Field is 36 km from the accommodation and Treble Cone is 27.6 KM s. The nearest airport is Queenstown, 63 km from Wanaka Deluxe Studio. OUR STRICT RULES: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us. Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
