Make this your base for adventures whether it be skiing or snowboarding in the winter months or hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, boating or sailing in the summer. Private, and only a short stroll to the lake, shops and restaurants. This two-level townhouse consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with the master bedroom and lounge flowing out onto an idyllic outdoor living space with Bullock Creek meandering through the back of the property. Upstairs one bathroom and two bedrooms with their own balconies, downstairs has one bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own heater. The high spec designer kitchen is equipped with a wine fridge, dual cooking hobs and quality kitchenware. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels. Interaction with Guests: Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. We only heard the construction one afternoon while we were there. The house next to us was under repairs. It was a beautiful setting in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved seeing the ducks every morning and made adequate use of the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the house was cozy. Relaxing by the fire in the living room with a beautiful backyard view was the best. It was so convenient to walk to town and the beach. There is a winery nearby. Great vaca!! All the rooms were good sizes and it was quiet. The spa and table tennis table were nice distractions after a days skiing and exploring. We walked to town for dinner every night without complaint.
