The cathedral ceiling in the open plan lounge and kitchen creates a bright and airy atmosphere. Step outside to the north-facing deck complete with Cape cod chairs where you can relax in private on the sun filled deck.  
Walk/swim or hike the Outlet trail. Cardrona 26 km. Treble Cone 33 km.

The home features three spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom. There is an additional modern bathroom with seperate toilet.   
The large open-plan living area boasts a cozy wood burner fire and heatpump, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and socializing. Expansive windows offer stunning views of Mt. Maude, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere.
