Apartment is located close to walking tracks which can lead you to the Town Centre and Lake. There are also a number of bike tracks close by. This upstairs apartment offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated within a complex that boasts a wide range of amenities. With two pools, two spas, two communal areas, and a tennis court, there\`s something to cater to the interests of every family member. Additionally, there is also a downstairs apartment available for rent, featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, adjoining doors, and a single garage. Short walk to amazing coffee & food options. The special touch.. While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly. We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay. I respect the privacy of my guests but remain readily available to address any enquiries. Occasionally, I may stop by simply to ensure that everyone is enjoying their stay. OUR STRICT RULES: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us. Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.
