With stunning mountain views, three bedrooms, and two living areas spread across two levels, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The stylish, contemporary interiors and inviting outdoor area with seating and a fireplace make it the ideal spot to relax , whether it’s over a glass of wine, good conversation, or simply some quiet time. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area create a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking together easy, while the comfortable seating and TV invite you to put your feet up. There’s also a convenient guest toilet downstairs. Upstairs, you’ll find a second living area, perfect for a bit of space or downtime, along with three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an ensuite, and there’s a full family bathroom upstairs as well. The home is completed with an internal-access garage and a beautifully designed outdoor space featuring comfortable seating, a fireplace, overhead louvres, and a BBQ for alfresco dining. Additional parking is available right outside the home, within the complex, and on the street. Located within walking distance to Hello Ranger, where you can enjoy a great meal or drink. You’ll also find a handy local store for extra supplies, a pilates studio, playground, and more, everything you need right at your doorstep and just a short drive to Wanaka township. Bedroom Configuration Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Sized Bed Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Sized Bed Bedroom 3: 2x Single Sized Beds The special touch.. While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly. We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay. Guests have access to the whole house, including the garage. I respect the privacy of my guests but remain readily available to address any enquiries. Occasionally, I may stop by simply to ensure that everyone is enjoying their stay. OUR STRICT RULES: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us. Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.
